Business VA Hub offers services as agreed in signed contracts, proposals, or Statements of Work (SOW). Services may include:

- Administrative support
- Customer support
- eCommerce management
- CRM management
- Marketing assistance
Our service descriptions may be updated from time to time. Business VA Hub reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services without notice.
- USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide accurate information, access credentials where necessary, and timely communication. Clients are responsible for supervising and managing outcomes when working with assigned virtual assistants. Access to systems, files, or platforms must be legal and authorized.
Clients must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Upload harmful content, including viruses or malware
- Misuse services for unlawful purposes
- FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
- Fees for services are set out in signed agreements or proposals.
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Prices may change, with notification, for ongoing services.
If using a subscription or plan, you agree that services will continue until canceled in accordance with the applicable contract.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Business VA Hub website, including text, graphics, branding, and documentation, remains the property of Business VA Hub unless expressly stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the site without our written permission.
- CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
By engaging with Business VA Hub, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of data according to our Privacy Policy. All client information, business data, and account information are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
When services involve third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google Drive, CRM systems), Business VA Hub is not responsible for the operation, uptime, or performance of those platforms. Clients acknowledge and agree to their independent terms where applicable.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services and content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Business VA Hub disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Business VA Hub and its representatives are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Data loss resulting from third-party platforms or client actions
Our total liability arising from any claim relating to services will not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim.
- INDEMNIFICATION
Clients agree to defend and indemnify Business VA Hub, its employees, and partners from any claims arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Use of services in violation of law
- Misrepresentation of provided information
- TERMINATION
Business VA Hub may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Clients may terminate services as specified in their signed contract or SOW. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid.
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in Philippine courts or through arbitration as agreed by the parties.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
Business VA Hub may update these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
